Safety precautions for binding heavy objects with fall arresters
 Firstly, the selection of safety fall arresters and unloading device for bundling should keep a certain safety margin according to the requirements, and strict inspection must be carried out before bundling.           
 Second: Attention should be paid to the adjustment of the tightness of the high-altitude fall arresters when binding the body.           
 Third: When lifting heavy objects, the force of each branch should be uniform.The angle between branches should not exceed 90 degrees, and the maximum should not exceed 120 degrees.           
 Fourth:The radius of curvature of the differential crash preventer bypassing the lifting weight should not be less than twice the diameter of the rope.           
 Fifth: Attention should be paid to the force variation of the fall arresters caused by the wind load on the lifting object.

 The key points that may or may occur accuracy errors of the fall arresters are summarized as follows:            

 (1)  There are welding errors in the ear plate of the bottom plate of the safety fall arresters installed on the suspension cage girder, which results in the non-vertical installation of the bottom plate of the fall arresters, which affects the normal meshing relationship of the gear of the fall arresters and induces noise.             

 (2)  After the safety fall preventer (speed difference fall preventer) is installed and processed, the welding back parts are welded, the welding deformation is not corrected effectively, and the noise is induced; as shown in Fig 3, the flatness of the installation bottom plate of the wire rope fall preventer is checked with a level ruler.            

 (3)  The adjustment clearance of the bottom plate of the fall arresters is small, which can not adapt to the installation deviation of the guide frame, resulting in the meshing clearance between the gear and rack of the fall arresters does not meet the technical requirements.            

 (4)  The concentricity of the transmission plate ear plate connected by pin shaft and the suspension cage ear plate is excessive, which indirectly affects the meshing position relationship between the gear and rack of the fall arresters at high altitude.            

 (5)  The manufacturing accuracy of the standard section is excessive, which is mainly manifested in the excessive verticality of the four guideways relative to the same horizontal plane. After assembling, the phenomenon of torsion occurs, which induces the noise of the fall arresters.             

 (6)  The uneven thickness and length of gasket or steel sleeve of fixed fall arresters installation bottom plate lead to the plate not vertical to the horizontal plane after installation, which induces noise of fall arresters.            

 (7)  The bottom plate hole of the fall arresters is not well matched with the fall arresters, and the axle shoulder of the fall arresters does not fully enter the installation hole, which leads to the phenomenon of installation extrusion and induces noise.
