Longmen cranes can prove more reasonable and effective than overhead cranes

By comparison, not all the Longmen shelves are cheaper than the corresponding overhead cranes. But in some cases, the Longmen crane can prove more reasonable and effective.
 1. When investors are not in the mood to invest a lot in the runway structure of bridge cranes.
 2. When necessary materials are processed inside and outside the building.
 3. When there is a chance to transfer the workplace, the owners do not want to take on too much damage.
Whether installed or mobile, Longmen cranes are easy to install and remove.TheLongmen shelf has been fully utilized in many industries. These cranes can be obtained in steel, aluminum or lightweight models and suitable height and span. Containers, overhead, frame, rubber tyres, rolling, semi - and rail mounted Longmen cranes all belong to further changes of cranes.
This type of Longmen rack is divided into two types: manual and electric.
 • Portable gantry (manual)
 • Adjustable gantry (manual)
 • Motor driven gantry
Each type of crane has their own advantages, which is very easy compared with the benefits provided by bridge cranes. If you choose the manual Longmen frame as part of your material handling equipment solution, it is light and expensive, easy to assemble and disassemble is its advantage. It is said that they are extremely productive and highly secure. In the case of mobile cranes, we can eliminate the need for runways and are easy to transport.
The Longmen crane has the capability and efficiency of all bridge cranes. But what you need to understand is that the needs and utilization of the Longmen rack must be checked before buying it, because if you invest in Longmen crane to see the cost, then realize his requirements for larger cranes, such as the JB crane, then his whole work will be wasted.
There are two points to consider in the purchase of Longmen cranes.
In many industries, Longmen cranes are excellent applications. The 1/4 ton to 5 ton class Longmen crane is our main discussion direction. In order to adjust the size of the crane correctly, customers must have a specific question and answer when buying cranes. Involving multiple elements, span and height are two key factors to be considered.
What is the minimum object you need in your work area? This is a high degree of consideration. How will the Longmen crane move at such a height? Erection and movement are necessary for a mobile crane. Your workspace is the lowest object for the following, so you can go directly to the top of the workbench if necessary. Ceiling, supporting beam, sprinkler, part of HVAC  system, pipes, railings or many other things can be the lowest height.
The distance from the floor (including castors) to the top of I-beams is usually the total height of gantry cranes. For a crane with adjustable height, the range of 7 '6' to 14 '0 is its range, including the height of the I- beam plus the height of the I- beam.
You can measure the height of the beam from the bottom of the beam to the bottom of the beam. Also, the height of I-beam is to reduce the  height of I-beam from the overall height.
This is probably the most critical item in the height requirement, which is the hook height requirement. From the bottom of the lift to the measuring point at the bottom of the hook is the height of the hook. If the hook is fixed to the hook, your workload needs to be increased. Chain or sling if slack will increase your load.
The carts and cranes are different in size and height. In the case of tight overall height, it is recommended to purchase a trolley / hoist  combination, which will keep your headroom within the requirements. The principle of clearance is that the cart is combined with the height of the  hoist to measure the clearance at the bottom of the hoist. The way to measure clearance is to measure the bottom of the bottom of the frame from the bottom of the drum to the bottom hook of the hoist. If you need a precise answer, you can add flange thickness to the I-beam on the tram roller. Looking for a "lifting ear" trolley / lifting device can minimize clearance. The installation of this type of trolley reduces their clearance in the Longmen structure.
Some models can adjust the height to make the height adjustment  of the girder easier. You may need to consider the height adjustment kit. The weight of the steel beam to the steel mold is about 1/3 of the total weight of  the crane, and in general it is very heavy. Because of its lighter quality, an aluminum crane can be easily adjusted to a higher height, although its price is also expensive, but its weight is less than the total weight of steel cranes.
The next is the consideration of the span. Here are two ways to  measure the span or width of Longmen cranes. The width refers to the lateral  and marginal Liang Hetui. It is used to install legs and beams together instead of welding. The Longmen frame has end stopper to keep the car running smoothly  on the beam. The length of a beam is not all the distance traveled by a car. It must be taken into account when determining the width of the required beam. The distance between the ends of the car at the ends is the available width. Around  2 '6 is the approximate width of usable width, and the width of the whole beam is larger than that of it.
You must be sure that your crane or trolley can not be less than  lifting capacity. The capacity of cranes, trolley and windlass is the same in general. As we begin with the machine, the capacity of your crane should be  equal to or beyond the capacity of your car, and the capacity of the hoist is less than or equal to the capacity of the trolley. Finally, the weight of all  parts of the gantry system must equal or exceed the weight of the maximum load, but not more than that. Your workload determines the size of the machine. 125% of the rated capacity is usually the capacity of the crane, which should be  tested. After mastering this knowledge, you can buy your Longmen crane.
