 1,  European type crane

2,  European Type Electric Hoist
European electric hoist is a small construction machinery and equipment suitable for building, road, metallurgy, mining and other infrastructure. The following is the use of European electric hoist and some maintenance techniques.

The air test operation is especially important after the new installation or electric hoist is overhauled.
Before the normal use, 125% rated load should be used. Lift the machine up to about 100 millimeters. Static load test for 10 minutes, check whether it is normal.
Carry out dynamic load test on rated load, lifting and repeated motion test. Then check whether the mechanical transmission parts, electrical components and connections are normal and reliable.
It is forbidden to use in an environment exceeding the rated load and rated closing time (120) per hour.
Before installation and maintenance, working personnel must strictly check the limit switch, and make sure the limit switch is flexible and reliable, when the hook rose to the limit position, hook enclosure to the drum shell of distance must be greater than 50 mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120 mm). When the hook fell to the limit position, should ensure the safety of steel wire rope on  the drum circle, effective safety strap (must be at least 2 laps).

The electric hoist must be fully powered after the work is completed, and finally cut off the power supply.
The electric hoist should be operated manually by experts. Operators should fully grasp the safety operation rules and strictly prohibit tilting and lifting.
Professionals must regularly check the electric hoist during their use. If errors are found, they must be recorded and taken timely.
After adjustment, the reduction of the electric hoist brake should ensure that the brake is below S V / 100 (V is a minute distance of stable lifting load) under fixed load.

In the use of electric hoists, sufficient clean lubricants must be kept, and no impurities or contaminants are contained in the lubricating oil.
You can use hard brushes or wooden blocks to clean the grease inside the steel cord, but you can't directly use the hand to lubricate the wire rope.
The heavy load can not be suspended in the air, otherwise it may cause permanent deformation of the electric hoist under the condition of not working.
In the course of using, once the machine finds fault, the main power should be cut off immediately.
In the course of using, if the parts wear out, the staff should pay special attention to this part.
