 Case 1: the lifting motor of an electric wire rope hoist

 Application: Building material handling.

The customer uses the wire rope hoist installation manual to complete the work smoothly, next is the wire connection according to the wiring diagram, all connections seem to have no problem, but customer’s feedback: electric hoist is running normally but the motor has no action.
In order to ensure that it is connected with the electric power, we technically recommended to check the wire connection and test every point of the wire, but unfortunately, the solution does not work; it is the advice of the electrical engineer to connect the motor with the general power to test it directly. But the motor itself is not easy to do because the electric hoist has been installed on the building (we sincerely recommends the assembly and debug all the components before the electric hoist is installed, and it is easier to adjust the ground). Finally, there are third solutions: check the size of the power cable. After confirming with the customer, We determines that the size of the power cable is too small, the electric hoist can not be supported, the small cable is replaced with a large cable, and the motor was restored to normal.

But the low Headroom wire rope hoist is unbalanced, there will be some steel winches to transport with hoist, this is a very important point of view.
