In today's industrial machinery production process, the emergence of a variety of cranes has greatly improved their production efficiency, but also improved the safety of production and reduced labor intensity. However, with the rapid development of the industry, the types of cranes are constantly increasing, so that its application scope continues to expand. Wherever there is industry, we can see the shape of the crane. We are not unfamiliar with it. What is unfamiliar to us is some common sense of the crane.

 Firstly, the newly installed crane, which has undergone overhaul or has changed its important performance, must carry out lifting test in accordance with the relevant provisions of crane performance test before use. Secondly, before each shift of crane operation, the crane should first make load-free lifting, rotation, amplitude change, around and around operation and safety performance test of brake and limit device. If the equipment is faulty, it should be removed before it can be used formally. Then, when lifting heavy objects, the hook wire rope should be kept perpendicular, and it is forbidden to drag the lifted heavy objects in the inclined state by the hook wire rope.

 When the hook has been hooked but the lifted weight has not been lifted, it is forbidden to move or rotate the crane. It is forbidden to hoist and pull objects buried in the ground or condensed in the ground or with unknown weight. Then, when lifting  and rotating heavy objects, the speed should be even and steady so as to avoid the danger of swinging heavy objects in the air.

 When laying down heavy objects, don't go too fast to prevent them from falling suddenly and  being damaged. When hanging long or heavy objects, special person should pull  the slip rope. To prevent accidents caused by swing of heavy objects; finally, if two cranes are used to lift one heavy object at the same time, they must be under the unified command of a special person. The lifting speed of the two  cranes should be kept equal, and the weight of the heavy objects should not  exceed 75% of the total rated lifting weight of the two cranes; attention  should be paid to the distribution of weight when binding the sling, and the weight shared by each crane should not exceed 80% of the rated lifting weight.

 The use of lifting machinery is generally a professional operator, for those novice or layman, if you do not know how to use the machine, then you have to learn how to use it, until you master it skillfully before you start. In order to operate the crane  safer, we have the following suggestions.

1. When the light crane is suspended, it is necessary to remove all the slings from the hooks of the equipment, because when the equipment is moving, the slings suspended on the hooks will cause a potential danger. Operators can't transport lifts above someone. When using magnets or vacuum suckers, they need to be very careful. Lifting objects are  likely to fall because if the power of magnets or vacuum equipment fails, lifts will fall, so special attention should be paid when using them.

2. When using the equipment, we should ensure that all the personnel in the nearby area are far away from the lifting objects. At the same time, we should pay attention to the moving speed and mode of lifting items. When lifting, we should not overload them. Before moving the lifting objects, we should ensure that the lifting gear is already in the hook.

3. When using the equipment, it should move  smoothly and slowly to avoid sudden lifting movement. Before lifting the object, it is necessary to tighten the place where the sling and hook are relaxed. Before hoist lifting, it is necessary to keep the equipment directly above the lifting object. It should not appear that the equipment swings the  lifting object to the area outside the crane.
