Detailed description
1. Structure
           Pneumatic air winches are air-powered energy, through the piston-type wind turbines and two sets of internal and two external gears which can drive vice-speed reduction mechanism to drive the drum to operate, in order to achieve its hoist purpose. Their main structure includes pneumatic motors, gear boxes, rollers and brakes. All the transmission parts use high-strength and high-quality alloy steel, after chemical heat treatment, parts has a long life. With the compact in size, the air winches are quite convenient to carry and store.
 2. Control valve｜air  distributing valve
           Air  winches are equipped with one foot valve. Operators should step the foot valve first to make the winch start working when in operation, secondly, you have to control it by handles. When you stop operation, you need to release the foot valve for stop winch working, and that will realize the longer life for the winch and air motor. When the handle is pushed to the starting position, the compressed air can go into the valve from the on-off valve, with the valve into the valve spool, making it turn. At the same time, the rotation of the valve spool will make compressed gas sent into the surrounding six cylinders. Due to the expansion of the compressed gas in the cylinder, thus it can drive the  piston, connecting rod and crankshaft. When the piston is pushed to the ”bottom dead point”, the valve spool can also turn to the first exhaust position, after the expansion gas still with a certain pressure, that is, from the cylinder, passing through the valve exhaust channel, can come out of the body directly.

 3. Hand brake
           Brakes consist of steel belt, asbestos belt, the system frame, handle and adjustment screw and other major components. The steel strip is in the form of a ring with its inner wall riveted with asbestos band, surrounding the circumference of the brake drum, one end of winch is connected to a support frame and fixed to the base, the other end is riveted with internal thread, with adjustment screw on the support frame screwed together. When the handle is tightened in a clockwise direction, the strip can act as a brake, so that the running roller cannot be moved, on the other hand, if the handle is rotated in a counterclockwise direction, the brake can be released and the drum is free to rotate.

 4. Air cylinder brake
           The hand and air cylinder are specially designed in order to ensure the security during operation in case of the unexpected accidents or emergency occurring. With full strength and force, the double-braking air winches are competent enough to work under any extreme conditions or harsh weather, enabling starting with load for the high starting torque. Thanks to the brake system, the winches be automatically in brake when stops. And if needed, the dual automatic band brake or automatic disc brake is available for better operation.

 5. Motor
           With bidirectional electromagnetic braking, the DC series motor ensures the air winches can be installed in any direction. According to the motor voltage, the air compressor offers varied capacity. For instance, when the motor voltage is 12V or 24V, then the air compressor capacity is 72L/min and 95L/min respectively. Pneumatic motor is composed of on-off valve components and valve fittings and six connecting rods, pistons, cylinders and other main parts. The principle of piston type air motor’s running in basically similar to internal combustion engine.

           Air winches perform hoisting, lowering and stopping actions to the wire rope.

7. Gear box
           Located between the air turbine and the drum, gearbox can obtain the power with the gas machine, through the two sets of deceleration wheel, and a clutch fixed to the  spindle, it is passed the roller. Gearbox and the base are one, which is equipped with a gear rack and two gears, and one for the external gear and the other group for the internal gear, but all gears is fully enclosed in a gear box with certain oil level.

           The material selected for the connector and the area of the fracture are specified. If the main valve stops due to the lack of lubricant, and it continuously operate, the connector is immediately cut off, all parts will be in a pause state, and so this can avoid or reduce damage to other parts.
 10. Drum｜pulling winch drum
           The size of joystick’s pulling angle is related to the running sped of the drum so if the angle is beyond the limit, the drum will be able to rotate at full speed.

           2.  In order to ensure the pneumatic winch works normally, operators have to make best use of it and prolong its working life. And it is quite important for users to install, operate and maintain it carefully. Moreover, customers have to read the manual book carefully before using the winch. But there is still one thing needed attention: Under complex outdoor situations, we can’t  guarantee the safety of ourselves and our vehicles all the time.

           5.  There are still a lot of factors need to be taken into consideration while you are driving off-road vehicles under harsh environmental conditions. For instance, you may need a device for self-help in case of your vehicle stuck in a wetland, and you also have to make sure your vehicle tire is fully inflated so as to ensure safety.
           6.  Whether you're winching and airing up while off-roading, you could inflate a raft or air mattress or run a nail  gun or impact wrench since it is the new way to get it done.
           7.  When lifting the weight, you must first push the clutch in the front of the drum. And when the joystick is pulled to the middle “parking” position, use the  brakes to stop, which cannot achieve the purpose of braking.
           8.  Manipulation
           When the trachea is connected, as long as clutch is pushed in the front of the cylinder, and the board is located in the pneumatic P end, the joystick will be able to run the winch and the joystick lever position can be divided into “left”, “middle”, “right” three parts, that is, it can make the drum get forward, stop or reverse three parts.
           ①When the lever is turned to the left, the drum’s running direction is positive.
           ②When the pull lever  to the right, the drum can run in the opposite direction.
           ③When the joystick in the middle position, the drum can immediately stop.
           9.  When the air winches stopped running, if they need to plate roller, as long as it takes away the brake, the clutch can be free to run.
          10.  In order to coordinate the movement of the crankshaft, connecting rod and  piston parts with the operation of the main valve, the connector connection is used between is used between the crankshaft and the main valve. The connector can not only make the crankshaft and the main valve operation consistent, and for the whole gas machine, it can still obtain a certain security protection.
          11.  Wind turbines speed, torque, power, and compressed air consumption and other technical performance parameters, are determined by the performance test of the gas.
