  Manual Winches with compact structure, light weight and professional-designed mechanical components, are the new style and small lifting equipment. Manual winches are the ideal tool operating in or outdoor to lift heavy objects, load and unload, supporting and hauling goods with hand-driver. They are easy to carry, operating simply, and can be operated with no power but with hand-driver. Using manual winches is convenient for you to lower and raise loads with the least effort.

 Manual winches greatly reduce the hand force, increase the lifting weight and greatly improve the usability of hoist. The working principle is through the using of manual hoist reel to pull goods, by rotating the winch drum driven by gear box to coil the wire rope on top of it to pull goods. They are provided with a brake device, and are done automatically without manual intervention. When the wire rope pulls goods, the hoist reel remains motionless, will play to the function of self-locking brake. 

This winch is solidly constructed with heavy-duty aircraft cable, a zinc-plated steel frame, and a drop forged hook. The three-position locking pawl allow forward and reverse ratcheting. A zinc-plated steel frame which is heavy duty painted can provide enhanced durability for our manual winches. An extra long handle makes cranking easier, and a comfort grip reduces hand fatigue. Moreover, the winches are designed with sealed structure to avoid dust and rain. This structure can make our products become more durable and use longer than any other competitive products. Furthermore, they are equipped with self-locking brake which can make the loads easily stay at a positive and constant holding position anytime. Our gear uses the advanced technique of cast worm with heated-treated, which provides outstanding, unique and reliable smooth drive for the mechanism.

 Our manual winches have the super performance.It is more suitable for the long-distance load jobs because the drum capacity of our manual winches can up to 38 meters. Our manual winches have a large working load which is ranging form 0.5Ton to 3Ton. It is more applicable for the large-amount load jobs. Besides, the rope drum and winching housing are all made from stainless steel, which can make the manual winches far away from corrosion and flaw. They are also equipped with universal mounting base and safety guard cover available.  

 Compared with those winches operated by electricity, the biggest advantage of manual winches is pollution-free, environmental friendly and cost-effective. In addition, they can be used in any occasions no matter there whether has electricity or not. We have a series of model about manual winches which can suit different rated loads. 1.Frame
 It is Zinc-plated heavy gauge steel frame which can be used longer.

2.Self-locking Brake
 Brake is fully automatic and the load remains in position anytime when the handle is released. Self-locking brake provides additional safety and control for many lifting and pulling jobs. It uses double-Pawl braking system made of heat treat alloy steel to help with stand wear and provide increased safety under all operating conditions and ensure safety. The automatic friction brake (mechanical brake) supplies constant, positive holding action and prevents runaway load. Positive action brake (Positive load-actuated brake) can hold the load in any position. Self-activating automatic brake which is a safety load self-locking can hold the load securely. Optional brake for lightweight loads is easy to crank and attach cable etc.
 Brake is fully covered to prevent dust, dirt and rain contamination.

3.Gear
 High quality steel and hardened gear which is alloy steel and electroplated to resist corrosion. Load matched gear ratios is easy for cranking and high precision construction minimises gear noise.
 A 5:1 gear ratio with smooth, single-speed ratcheting makes the Manual winch ideal for trailering or loading boats, personal watercraft, and lawn equipment.
 Gear is fully covered to prevent dust, dirt and rain contamination.

4.Discs
 Our manual winches use asbestos free friction discs.

5.Handle
 Strong removable handle is contoured. Sure-grip crank adopts lever handle which can be used in the narrow space. It is easy to adjust handle length through a quick and simple way.
 The crank handle running track is 360 degrees.

6.Hook
 Safety-latch hook is made of drop-forged galvanized steel.  

7.Crank
 Smooth-action ratcheting crank is easy for pulling power.

8.Drum
 The drum is big enough to contain more cable and suit for long distance using. It is useful to solve the anguish of long distance traction by using the large capacity drum.
 Three options available: single drum, split drum or widened drum.

9.Rope
The twisted wire rope provides more secure for load jobs.

10.Plane
Heavy duty painted and well-designed fastening plane with four points makes the mount more safe and secure.

11.Bearing
 The safe and reliable bearing makes the users work with the least bearing
 304 stainless steel protect the bearing from corrosion.

12.Wire Rope Interface Ring
Wire rope interface ring is heart-shaped which can provide safety to load jobs and be used longer.

13.Nut

 1.Strap
High-quality strap has the same function with cable, which is to lift the loads. It also as durable and reliable as the cable.

2.Ratchet | Reversible Ratchet

①Reversible ratchet allows cranking webbing or cable onto the drum in either direction. Besides, it is only suitable to the gear without protector type.

②Another type of reversible ratchet is installed in heavy duty manual winch with reversible ratchet device type. It installs between the winch and the handle, it can be very convenient to adjust the forward and reverse rotation, which making the work more convenient.

The adjustment mode: steel column is the adjustment bar. Operator just need to move left and right.

3.Worm and Worm Gear
 Worm and worm gear transmission structure, which makes the transmission become higher efficiency, and also makes the operation of hand become more relaxed. But it is only installed in heavy duty manual winch with horizontal hand crank type.

4.Energy Saving Device
 Energy saving device is installed in the heavy duty manual winch reversible ratchet device type. It makes the operation become more easy and saves more energy.

Different types of Manual Winches
 1.Light Manual Winch type
 Compared with heavy duty manual winch type, the light one is more small and easy to carry. It also more suitable to many occasions, and many lifting equipment such as davit cranes. The length of hand crank is fixed, but we can provide different lengths to fully meet customers’ needs.
     a.Gear with Protector type(Standard)
Gear with protector type is our standard products. All the components of this type manual winch has been introduced in the detail descriptions. It equipped with gear-protector, which is enough rigidity to prevent deformation. Besides, it also can highly prevent some possible dangers. Closed-design self-locking brake, which can fully protect it from dust and corrosion. Generally speaking, compared with the gear without protect type, this type is more safe and reliable.

2.Heavy Duty Manual Winch type
 Heavy duty manual winch is a new equipment of manual winches, compared with the light one, it has the advantages of effort-save and convenient operation. The independent gearbox facilitates the use of lubricating oil, greatly reduces gear wear and extends service life. Besides, the closed-design fully prevents foreign matters from entering the gear box during operation, which can make sure normal use and security. Large capacity drum which can hold longer cables, is used to solve the problem of long-distance traction. The adjustable hand crank can adjust length according to different occasions. What’s more, heavy duty manual winch also equipped with self-locking brake, which makes operations become more safe. But it also has it’s own disadvantages. Actually, it is more heavy than other manual winch types, and has a higher price. It also has a limitation of usage.

5.Cautions                
①Our manual winches are not suitable for the continuous using and mechanized drive. The substances which are explosive or aggressive also can not use winches to raise or lower.                
②The winch maintenance, repair and servicing are allowed only by the specialized person who have been trained.                
③Before using, must check the components such as brake, hook, cable and other important parts to make sure they operate normally and safely.                
④At least once a year, the winch must be examed by a professional person to make sure the safety.                
⑤In ambient temperatures -100 to +500, our products can operate safely and work better.
